It’s beginning to feel a lot like…

Okay, so I know it’s only December 4th, but things are rockin’ here in the shop.  We’re trying to get through a big production push before we go off island this weekend.

Catch Steve at the Page Craft Fair at the Page farmhouse on the UMO campus on Saturday from 10-4.   On Sunday you find him in Appleton at the Christmas in the Country Open House at the Appleton Creamery from 10-4.

Meanwhile, I’ll be at the Hartstone Inn in Camden teaching the first in a series of classes hosted by innkeepers Michael and Mary Jo.  Classes this weekend will focus on Artisan Chocolate Making for the Holidays.  The Saturday class is sold out, but there’s still a few spaces left in the Sunday class scheduled from 1pm-3pm.  If you’re interested in attending, hurry up and call the Hartstone Inn at 236-4259.

And if you’re not interested in hanging out with myself or Steve this weekend, and all you really want to do is spend some one-on-one QT with the tall (20 inches to be exact), dark and handsome guy pictured above, he’ll be arriving at several mainland stores on Saturday.  You can check him out (and his slightly smaller cousin) at Fairwinds Florist in Blue Hill, the Blue Hill Co-op, Archipelago in Rockland, and the Wine Seller in Rockland.  He’ll be accompanying deliveries of fresh truffles and bittersweet chocolate bark.

This will be my last foray to the mainland until after the holidays.  Hope to see you out there!
